Fantastic! They aren’t bitter or tart like typical sweetened and dried cranberries. Their flavor is powerful in baking and other ingredient applications.
The cranberry seed oil is extremely stable and does not provide a fishy or grassy taste like other omega-3 oils.
How are they sweetened?
