Unleashing the Power of the Cranberry
with the Prot-EFA™ Nutritional System by Fruit Essentials

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Prot-EFA™ unique?
It is the first dietary supplement system focused on delivering both the essential fatty acids and essential amino acids, with cranberry being the predominate source.

Why the name?
The name represents the unique nature of the combination of the primary nutrients: Prot (protein) and EFA (essential fatty acids).

Why should I use Prot-EFA™?
Today’s diet is basically void of the omega-3 EFA. Bio-available proteins (proteins that are able to be used by your body), minus the saturated fats, are always welcome. Prot-EFA™ is specifically designed to fill these voids.

What is the best way to take it?
Take two capsules of the powder formula with your first morning meal along with a glass of water or juice. Take two more in the afternoon with a snack and water. Stir a teaspoon of the Oil formula into any of your meals (yogurt, salad, smoothies, cottage cheese, etc.) or take it whole.

Where should I store my Prot-EFA™?
After opening the containers, store them where they are protected from sunlight, moisture and excessive heat. Refrigeration is recommended for the Oil formula.

Are there adverse side effects?
There are no known adverse side effects to the Prot-EFA™ nutritional system. As always, you should consult your primary caregiver prior to starting a supplement system.

What would my doctor say about it?
Most doctors would agree that in a perfect world we would get all of the nutrition we need from the food we eat. Many of today’s doctors are recognizing the importance of supplementing the diet with a quality system, like Prot-EFA™ to fill the voids in our daily diet.
